After successfully passing the thesis/dissertation defense, students must submit a PDF version of their final document, which includes a signed ORGCR01 Form, to ProQuest.

Administrators will subsequently review the uploaded documents to ensure they meet formatting standards. Candidates will be notified of any discrepancies, and a list detailing the necessary changes will be forwarded to them. After they make the necessary alterations, they can resubmit their papers, which will be reviewed again. Theses/Dissertations will be reviewed each time they are submitted until they conform to the established criteria.
